Hi!  I want to restore some black lines on a few 
really nice cels but I don't know the first thing 
about it.  Do I paint on the cel itself or get 
another layer?  Most of the black lines are 
covered with another color on the back of the 
cels.  Is this why those lines faded the most?
Could anyone lend me some advice on this topic?
