I usually prefer to deal with Anime Ed, because 
Delia always tends to be on the pricey side and 
she tends to be much less knowledgeable about her 
anime.

But in terms of service, they both should be fine.

And also when it comes to getting the cel you 
want, some times price or person doesn't matter.  
That's just the ways things are, unfortunately.
