I don't post the cels that are too crappy (just 
the top of a guy's head, just their feet, etc - 
usually freebies), cels that I can't identify or 
don't really care about (also generally 
freebies), cels that I think just aren't very 
interesting, and cels that I don't feel 
comfortable enough with the identifications to 
make the webpage (Wataru, Rai, etc) with the sort 
of information that I like to include.
