The cel in question was not fake.  It was the 
real thing, but an official reproduction. 

It was pretty obvious.

Mistake by the seller and the buyer. Both should 
be more aware of these. Please be careful, you 
wouldn't want to end up with a real "fake". My 
suggestion to Star Pheonix would be to get some 
opinions from your collector friends, if the 
authenticity is questionable.
