This makes me think that some sharp vendors are 
wising up to the popularity of deputy services.  
This sounds like a clever device for suckering 
Americans who haven't read the description and 
think they're buying the cel.

I've (blush) bid on items without going to a 
translation site to see exactly what I'm bidding 
on ... but after reading this I probably won't 
ever again unless I recognize the vendor as a 
reliable one that I've bought from before.
