...that's not Hideki's hand, but Kojima's; he is 
the other character like Minoru who builds custom 
persocons, and he kidnaps Chii in one of the 
middle episodes of Chobits.  i can tell because 
if you look at the sketch, her right hair piece 
is missing and her hair is loose; she loses it at 
the bookstand when he abducts her.
