Licensed limited edition cel

Those cels are an official licensed limited edition of 100. Each is numbered.
The pictures were especialy created by the character designer of "You're under arrest" movie and weren't used for any other produces.
The cels are 31cm x 40cm in size (around 12"2 x 15"74). They are hand-painted and the background is printed on a light cardboard.

Only a few japanese shops received some of those and they are already out of stock ! Very limited supply so hurry !
