I don't see what the problem here is.  
You clearly state twice that it is not the real thing and I 
quote you and emphasize the words in question:

"Lemnear is shown in a Hand-Painted COPY"

"This is NOT AN ORIGINAL production cel,"

No offence to Yann or anything, he is a good man, but perhaps he
really didn't understand what you were saying, as English is not 
his native language but that's not your fault.
