The second one (with background)is without doubt from the OAVs 4-6. 
I'd say OAV6, the last fight... 
But then I only watched the OAVs 4-6 once because I think
they really missed the whole point of that part of the
manga series. Plus it was so rushed (to fit it in 3 OAVs)
that it made no sense anymore. 

The first one is trickier... 

From the bit of clothes that shows through, I'd be inclined
to say TV. Plus his face looks rounder (and it got more triangular in the OAVs).

This proves to me that it's been a while since I watched FY.
