Zero has some Lodoss TV cels, and some nice CCS cels, around
4000-5000 yen. I didn't see many CCS cels at Nakano though.
Mandarake in Shibuya had a cel of Ashitaka for 250,000 yen,
if I remember correctly. They didn't have many nice cels.
In general, you won't find many nice cels at Mandarake-- but
if you find something there by chance, it will be cheap.
Both Mandarakes also holds auctions periodically, where they auction
the better cels.
I think Anime World Star has another shop, somewhere near
Shinjuku, but I'm not sure...
