Ever since Anime Nation changed management, they have been really
awful to deal with. I have had a couple of nasty experinces with
them. Once I ordered some cels and gave my credit card number.
They told me the cels were available, but forgot to charge my card.
Then they cancel my order to cover their tracks. The second time
they confirmed an order and told me that they will hold the cels,
so I mail a money order. Which they lost when it arrived and thus
selling my cels to someone else. After several emails they finally
found the m.o., I told them to apply it to some other cels that I
wanted. They said okay. A week later instead of cels, I get a
check from them. So I called them and emailed them to find out
why they didn't apply it to the cels and they said that it was
mailed out already before I placed my new order. I just told them
forget the whole thing. They tried to bribe me by offering to put
some more cels on hold for me. What, did they think I was going to
trust them a third time???!!! NOT!
I've heard similar stories from other people that have tried to buy
other things from them, not just cels.
So, if you don't want a headache or a heartache then don't deal with
Anime Nation; if you don't care, go ahead then. |
