I've bought things online from AnimeNation quite often, and
the only time I've been at all dissatisfied was when buying
cels. Because of their prices (and their not being in
California), they've been my favorite place to buy import
CDs from for some time.

I think their problems as a cel dealer, and probably their
problems accepting money orders, come from the fact that
they're really only set up to deal with orders with their
little automated shopping cart system. Cel dealers can
successfully use shopping carts by having the cart
immediately remove the cel from the orderable stock, but a
dealer who sells mostly non-cel merchandise obviously
wouldn't have a cart with such a feature. AnimeNation
thus doesn't have an automatic "hold" system, and obviously
isn't dealing too well with doing it manually.

(My problem buying cels from them was that, as other people
here have complained, they never told me which cels I got; I
just had to wait and see what would arrive in the mail. On
the other hand, part of what arrived was the nice Miyu TV
cel hopefully shown below, for a much, much more reasonable
price than they were going for elsewhere.)
