Cels Forum

The value really depends on how much you want the cel.  
Personally I don't like the cel that much because you don't
get to see his beautiful eyes, but that is just me.  Utena
cels are hard to find right now, but who knows in a few 
months a whole bunch of them may show up, and values will 
all change.  If you really like the cel I would say bid on
it, but since it seems like you are not sure I would wait
until one you liked better came along.
