Hello!

I was wondering if anyone here had dealt successfully with Abdel
(abdelkader.hanouche@free.fr) before?  [buying from him]

The reason I'm asking is because I ordered some cels from him a
while ago and sent payment by Global Priority mail over a month
ago, yet he claims he still hasn't received it.

Unfortunately, the payment was in cash, not IPMO, so its not trackable.
(I would have used an IPMO but he wanted payment sent within 5 days,
and France doesn't take the direct IPMO's [supposedly] like Japan does, 
so I would have had to get the IPMO that takes several weeks to change)

So, I took the risk of sending cash even though I had never dealt with
him before.  I've dealt successfully with other overseas seller and never
had a problem with cash going missing, so I'm wondering if it was just 
bad luck or something else...

I'm not saying he's untrustworthy, but I'm somewhat worried since
its been a while now.  It was a sizeable enough amount of cash that
I would definitely regret its loss.

I'd appreciate any feedback..
