Geo cities have a decent web-builder but you need lots of patience considering it LOVES to crash and raise hell at least my does lol but you can use Net scape (which I used) or Dream weaver (share ware version ^_^) which are prob the best out but if you don't have one use Geo (its also free) just because it will motivate you to build a better site ~_^ |
