Many dealers in Japan sell cels for very low prices and many
American dealers use these Japanese dealers as their suppliers.
True it looks a bit odd that you can see the original price at the
original dealer's webpage, but how else will some dealers get their
cels? My opinion on this is that the one that buys the cels from
the original dealer should wait at least until the price and image
is no longer displayed on their website. |
