Most of the cels I've ordered have turned out much better
than I expected but I've had an occasion before when the
cel looked great on the website but when I received it, it
looked like the person had peanut butter on part of the
image. I emailed the person a few times not getting an
answer. Eventually they refunded half my money and I got to
keep the cel. By the way does anybody know how to remove
food or something from a cel without damaging it? |
