Do some cels have the lines on the frount of the cel
or do some cels sometimes have lines added to the frount
by the animators after the cel is painted to improve the image?
Seems to me that I have seen cels with lines added to the
frount to highlight hair, etc.
Have these been added by people other than the original animators
to improve the look for sale or added by the studio?
Have noticed it in a few closeup cels of Ishtar.
