I have taken a look at this guy's feedback and the negatives 
seem to be just a recent trend.  Maybe something happened to 
to him?  He could be in the hospital or had a family emergency;
things happen to make people unavailable.
I find it amazing how the people that posted the negative 
feedback were so quick to do so... Though I understand your 
concern here, as I would be too, but it just doesn't make sense
to me that a person with a perfect feedback would suddenly 
default like that in order to steal people's money or not pay for 
his winnings.
