Figured since someone asked about abdel, I will give you my
current situation with him.

I agreed to get the Gunnm cel he posted here about 2 monthes
ago. I sent him cash because he demanded immediate payment and
I could not get my bank to do am Internation bank draft in less
than two weeks. It was sent to him registered and insured. By
his assertion it had not arrived in a month and he sold the cel
out from under me. When I asked him for a letter claiming that
he had not received the registered letter so that I could
file a claim, he asserted that my letter arrived the next day.

I asked him to send me back the money and take whatever funds
were neccessary from what I had sent him to send it back to me
registered insured. I received a letter a week and 1/2 later
with no money in it. He claims the money was in the letter and
that something like this has happened before with him.
Currently, I have asked him to file an insurance claim, since I
believe he did send the letter insured. I am currently waiting
to hear back from him on what is going on with the claim.

You can take what has happened as either being my own fault
for sending cash when I knew better or something more. I am
not going to say anything more at this point except that I am
eagerly awaiting his responce back to see if this situation
will ever be rectified.

In regards to myself, I will say that I have had successful
dealings on internet with most of the major individuals
selling cels on line and I have never had a situation like
this happen before.

Hope this is informative to people,
Marcus
