Image Anime has a lousey customer service. You have to keep
emailing them until they answer you. If you won the cel at
auction, it is yours, they are honest though, it's just a
real pain to get them to actually confirm it.
My suggestion is to just print out a copy of the Ebay ad page
and mail them a money order with the total amount, plus $5
for shipping to:

When your cel arrives, make sure you mention their lack of
email responses in the feedback you leave them at Ebay to warn
