Excuse me if ya took that as me
saying you were wrong.I was just
relaying my experience.I haven't e-mailed
them very often.I don't dispute that they treated
ya poorly.Once though they didn't
know a particular character in an auction.
I mailed them the info
and they responded back with a Thank You.
Which was courteous.They seemed about
average to me overall,e-mail wise.
Oh yea to me how fast
delivery occurs is part of customer service.
But
that just me:)
