I think I know who it is.  Bunny something or another, who has a
high rating.

But yes, E-bay will suspend a user if someone does a complaint.
And yes, they will sooner or later cancel all the current
auctions by that seller.

It happened to a seller that I was buying from for basically
the same problem.  Another seller filed a complaint against
him for not paying the right amount.

Seems things can get cut throat on e-bay if you don't know
who you are buying from and they have been burned too many
times they might get nasty right back.
