Hello you all. Does every kind of light (but not sunlight
only) fades the cel? I am now scared and can't even take a
good look of my cel under sufficient light, and this is
hurting my eyes. Around how much does framing a cel with UV
protection glass cost? For normal and special size cels?
Is it okay if i spray fixative on my pencil drawings? It seems
like a logical thing to do, but i am concerned without any
knowledgeable people to tell me that it is absolutely okay
first =).
