Well, it states on their order page that they don't put any items on hold 
if you are paying by mail. I don't have a credit card, so ordering with one is 
impossible. I haven't a clue as to how they pick who gets what, I always assumed 
that it WAS first come first serve. %_%

For the record, I HAVE ordered from them before. I got my Megumi Ogata tape from them. ^_^ 
They were very helpful and answered all of my e-mails quickly. They received my check after 
a few days and I received it with the week. No problems.

I didn't realize they had so many people unhappy with them! Yikes.
