I have only one complaint with AnimeNation.. A while ago
I ordered a BEAUTIFUL Moldiver cel.  It was $40. I've seen
worse ones for over $100.  I paid $8 for shipping, more 
than any other domestic order I was very shipped (including
a $350 Battel Angel order that was insured to the hilt..)
 When I opened the box hte cel was diagonal in a box full 
of styrofoam peanuts and had a good size crease at the 
bottom obviously from shipping. I wrote to complain, 
disheartened at my incredible deal being virtually 
worthless. I've pretty much straightened out the crease by 
now, but its still there..
I wrote to them and they said "oops, sorry"  For that much 
in shipping it should have been insured or better packed.
I assure you if I ordered from them in the future (that's
a big "if" after I wasted that much money) I'd be makin sure
they learned how to pack boxes since then...
