Sorry, this is really long, but please see if you know who this guy is! ^_^ I saw a cel today at a store near my house. They usually don't have things like that there so the lady didn't know too much about it. She said it was from Ruroni Kenshin, but I'm not sure if it is. I haven't seen the whole series yet, but this character doesn't look familiar to me at all. 

Its a great cel, about 3 times as long as a regular one, and pretty cheap. He's got his eyes closed, but its a head on shot from the waist up, and his hands are together. Here'e a description of the guy:

--short dark brown hair (kinda like Van's from Escaflowne)
--dark blue/red/purple cape. The cape has a really big red tall collar. The style of the cape kind of looks like Rezo's cape from Slayers. 
--looks pretty young, but I don't think its that young innocent looking bishonen bad guy...sorry can't remember his name

It could just be dark lighting too, so possibly those aren't the exact colors. But it didn't look like weird  lighting. Again, it might not even be from Kenshin, I looked through all my books & couldn't find him. Any help is appreciated very much!
