Looked at a picture of Seijuro, he looks older than
the guy in the cel and Seijuro's hair is longer. Oh well.
Maybe its not even from Kenshin, or maybe someone in only
one episode. He's gotta be important tho, they wouldn't
make a pan cel of some extra who's in the background. ^_^
