The most expensive cel I've bought was a $250 one of Kaori (from Sailor Moon).
What everyone has said is true, only buy cels that are worth the amount of money
to YOU! Personally, I think I'm getting jipped by {a certain cel dealer}, but
I have to have it! The cel is, in my opinion, the best close-up shot of her in the
anime, and paying more for it is better than passing it over and knowing that I had the
chance to buy it and passed it up......
