The most expensive cel I have ever seen is a totoro cel 
for $4,000.  The most expensive cel I ever bought was a 
black lady cel from Sailor moon for 35,000 yen (or a little
over $300).  It was well worth the price!!! It even has the 
production backgroud.  (boy my hands hurt typing,  they are
very sore from making my costume for Otakon, I just had the 
best idea for a costume and had to make it!!! but I can't 
relly sew well and had to hand sew everything so now my 
fingers are sore,  Oh well it is a great costume!!)
