The studio didn't release the RK cels publicly like what
the other studios did. Plus in the past couple years, cels'
prices just keep going higher, cels from popular series like
RK is even more demandable, so RK cels are expensive.
If RK really comes to the US, yes, the prices will go a bit
more higher, but it won't go too high because it's already
expensive. And as long as the studio going to release tons of
RK cels in the future, the prices will drop like Fushigi
