What a question!

I do this as a sideline myself. I was really into anime from age 12 to about 28. I was living in Japan and had a friend who was the supreme OTAKU. She was into cels and collecting but not into internet. I kept telling her we could make some money by buying and selling on the net. She was not interested but agreed to show me the ropes on where to buy cels. I started my page and the rest was history.

I have been thinking that a lot of people seem to be interested in getting into this business. I will warn you that you had better really really love it. I lost a lot of interest in anime since I started dealing. I am thinking I want out myself. If your really interested let me know. I would be glad to sell off my business.

Also I had a idea.
Just something I have been toying with. Would anyone be interested in a tour of anime shops in Tokyo if you had to pay for it? To be honest the hardest part of shopping is just getting there. I have been toying with the idea of taking a group of people to Tokyo. I would arrange hotel and air fare from L.A. and take you to the different shops. I would show you how to use the subway system. Teach you a couple of phrases of Japanese. The thing is I would need to make the money to go myself expenses and some kind of profit. Then you could do some site seeing. If you miss Kyoto and Niko you will hate yourself. Could be quite fun. Remember, this is just a Idea at the moment.
