I do advise against dealing with them online; their communication
is very poor. You never really know what's going on and they never
sign their emails, so you never know if you are emailing a real person
or getting an autoresponse. It's all very cold and impersonal.
Though I have heard that they are excellent in person,
so you might have great luck if you go to their store, rather than
their webpage. |
