Well I've dealed with them using both methods. I've gone to their store in person and ordered online. I've never had a problem with either method. I mean it's not a very big store you know, and it's run by at least 2 people. They were very nice to me when it came with my internet order, and I doubt that it's an autoresponce since they did tell me in plain english that they were out of stock in an item I ordered ^_^. But I could be wrong there. Oh well, we all have different experiences...so don't flame me ^_^;;; -Satoshi
