Well they are just describing the condition ala no scratches
,no dents , ect. Take for example sculptures, Hummles ,ect,
people will describe them "mint" since it has no damages,
but yeah I do agree though that artwork ect cant really be
classified as "Mint" never being touched but its just
collecters trying to use good words to sell you a cel thats
