I do have a large collction of Ninja Mono Cels and I too was
wondering about a USA release.  
While I was at AnimeExpo, I asked the Pioneer representatives 
(they own the USA rights to the show) as to when the big day 
will be.  Apparently the series might be out late this year
 or early next, but they wouldn't give me a definate answer
 and told me not to hold my breath.  
If you go to Pioneer's website you'll notice that the
Ninja Mono section is entirely in Japanese, while everything
else that they carry is in English.  I think that they do that
to discourage our hopes for a general release anytime soon.
