Well, people asked the question so it's interesting
to answer them. Whatever it can be used in practice
or is just theory is another problem.

Also as you say, everybody will have a differant
opinion about that. Some won't mind that others
take their picture. Some will mind...

As for myself, I already said it : I don't mind
if they ask. Whatever I can or can't do something
about it, I don't see why I should enjoy when someone
doesn't even have the politeness to ask.
(and I put some conditions : Taking some pictures
is ok but I already have a mirror of my site without
needing another one!)
