It's not because you don't find many cels from an anime
that they are expensive. Akira, GITS and X are expensive
because they are from well know directors/character designers
and not because they are hard to find. Which is not the
case of SFII. Yes, you will perhaps find someone willing
to buy a SFII cel for the price of a X cel but in reality
they don't worth that by far.
