perhaps I may have worded my opinion wrong, but I meant
that I would treat the SFII cel like a X or GITS(primo) or Akira(primo)
cel, due to the fact that my chances in finding one are the
same. I made no claims to the price I would attach in
comparison. I meant the comparison to be based on how much
weight they would have as a part of my collection.
But now that you mention it, supply and demand does come
into the picture in placing value. Yes, directors/designers
are heavy factors in placing value on a cel, but you cant
deny the fact that when there is not enough product to 
satisfy the consumer, then of course the value goes up.
I have gotten lots of inquiries on my SFII cel, so there
must be a market for them, yet I dont see them around. That
is what I based my opinion on.
