I just placed an order with Mangaya about 3 weeks ago. They responded 3 days later with shipping costs. I've been trying to get a hold of them ever since to get their bank account # for a CRS draft (can't get money order in Canada) but they have not responded to any of my e-mails. I can't make payment for my cel and it's been 2 1/2 weeks already. Has anyone had any dealings with them? Is it suppose to take this long? Thanks
