I am curious about them, too. I was interested in some of their cels and emailed them an inquiry Feb 5. I received a reply back Feb 15. This is based on my email log. I thought about it and felt that either he probably does not access his email often (he has a life outside the Internet!) or he may not read English and would have to take the mail to someone else to interpret and reply, or both, which would explain the varying lenghts of reply time. However, this is speculation, I felt insecure enough that I did not place the order, so I don't know anything for sure, and I would like to know, too, about other people's experience.
