I find this kind of customer service unacceptable and I am very amused to see people aproving of practices that would be flamed down in no time for other kind of produces just because they fear to miss a cel. As for their cels/prices, I don't find that they have anything outstanding. And when they have some good cels they are very expensive. If by luck they aren't, there is always the auction : After all that's why they started using this method of selling. Yes, I know, I am only saying that because they are a competitor and all. But then, just ask Asylum, Nichibei, Taro, Usagi,... how many cels I bought from them. Fact is, I never found a cel worth the efforts and money of buying from Mangaya before they started those auction. And now that they do those auction, I won't even consider buying a cel from them even if they happen to have something that interest me. |
