i bugged him enough to email me back (i emailed his home 
email, i wont tell you how i got it!! its embarassing!)
he said the site is supposed to be down, and he doesnt know 
why it is still up (even once he knew it, it has still
stayed up!! its been over a month!)
so, i guess just try in a few mmonths or ever so often!
hope this helped you understand why he doesnt email you back,
its not because he hates you, hes probably just tired of
dealing with his site. maybe. or he just hates you all. (j/k)
oh well, theres not much you can do.
