What is the "accepted" method of packaging cels before you ship them? Shouldn't they, at a minimum, be in a cel bag? Also, how common is the practice of putting in a piece of cardboard to prevent any bending? I just received a cel (NO, I will not say from whom) that I thought was packed pretty poorly. Az
