That shop right now is my favorite.  
Cels are packaged VERY carefully between two 
light pieces of plywood.
In my last order, I guess there was a problem with the cel I originally 
ordered and they were kind enough to bring it to my
attention.  (they discovered that it had some noticable damage)
I still told them I wanted the cel and they 
offered me a free cel in addition to the one I ordered!  
Not only that, but the cels arrived LIGHTNING quick! (a week!)
Very friendly.  We had a minor language barrier, but we
made it past it.  
I will be buying many more cels there.
