I know when I ordered from Taro it took about a month from the time I sent my money order in.  They do send it so that you need to be home to sign for it.  You could try calling the post office to see if they sent it and maybe you missed the certified mail card. (they only hold it for about a week at the post office then they send it back)


If you are really worried, maybe you should drop Taro an e-mail to see when they sent it.  It usually takes about 15 days from when it leaves Japan to the US. (sooner if you are just really lucky!)
