I ordered from Taro once, and it took less than two weeks from the time that I mailed my payment for the cels to arrive. It took about seven days for my IPMO to make it there (sent via regular mail), and about 4-5 days for the package to arrive from Taro. I was very pleased with how quickly my order was shipped out, and the packaging was very good, also. I would order from Taro again in a second if they posted more Utena or Macross cels. ;)
