Hi,

I'm planning on going to my first Anime Convention this
August down in Baltimore, Otakon.

One of the main reasons is to buy cels. So with regard to that
what have been peoples experiences buying cels at Cons?
I've noticed that some of the online dealers go to Cons, 
do they just bring the same cels that they have online?
do they bring completely different cels? or a combination of both?
As far as prices go, are they about the same as online? discounted so they can sell more at the con? or raised
because it is a con?

Any help would be great, this way I can figure out my budget!
