Another good thing is that when you're face to face it's easier to
strike up a conversation and talk the prices down! Also, if you buy
lots of cels in person, they're more likely to knock an odd number off. :)
I bought some cels at one place for $420 and they knocked the $20 off. ^_^ Not
much, but it gives you more $$ for all the other stuff!
