I've noticed when Anime Taro updates late at night (unless
it's really late for most people) you can often tell when
the Keep Track shows that Anime Taro has updated because
you begin to see the good cels disappear. If the update is
earlier in the evening, the cels disappear regardless.

Happy is the person who happens to check the cel dealer
page between the celpage update and the Keep Track. That
could be anywhere from 29 seconds to 29 minutes. 

You have to be rather lucky or obssessive to be able to do
that on a regular basis. ^_^
